Steven is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Contract Finance Director based in Leicester and has 20 years hands on commercial accountancy experience gained from many years with one of the UK's largest accountancy firms, where he worked with a wide variety of businesses and business sectors from new start-up businesses through to large AIM listed public companies. Steven has also gained significant commercial experience as a Finance Director of a large AIM listed leisure group and subsequently as a self employed consultant and accountant. Steven has also significant experince working with new technolgy businesses and has managed Dti/TSB and EU grant funded projects for SME joint venture partners, from project outline and plan submission through to the project management and product completion.
With significant experience in business planning, corporate start-ups and re-structuring as well as relevant, innovative and commercial tax structures, Steven can add pro-active help and advice to your business and aims to become a finance director to you and your business.
Steven and his colleagues can also provide a bookkeeping and general accounts service for new start-up businesses through to SMEs not requiring audit and can also source and work with audit companies in order to reduce your costs.
